Nimans and Unify are on a training crusade to help dealers capture more revenue from an innovative new business solution.
Webinars, online and face-to-face training are all being staged to inspire greater understanding of OpenScape Business – a complete UC solution for SMB’s from Unify, formerly Siemens Enterprise Communications.
Two recent engineering courses took place in the north and south of England to provide a valuable technical overview of product developments and installation techniques. Basic set-up, programming, licensing and configuration formed part of one four-hour course at Nimans’ Manchester HQ.
A Sheffield-based dealer remarked afterwards: “It was a thoroughly worthwhile experience and we found the face-to-face training very beneficial. It was particularly useful to gain a greater understanding of the capabilities of OpenScape Business and understand just how this very powerful business solution will help us ultimately secure more customer orders.
