Beyond our network proposition we have a number of support services to aid our partners with pre-sales, order provisioning and management, and after sales support:

Bureau Billing

Bureau Billing is a ‘bill and collection’ service that we offer to resellers who either choose not to manage their own network billing or do not have the infrastructure and resource to do so.
Billed in the reseller’s name, bureau billing allows customer ownership to be retained, while Nimans Network Services remain invisible. We also give access to tools to allow visibility and control over end user services and commercials:

  • Rate Management of tariffs and product pricing
  • No restrictions to the network products and services that can be billed.
  • We invoice your customers in your name from an email address of your choice
  • Your customers can have access to a portal branded in your name to download their itemized bills, obtain copy invoices, view fixed charges etc.
  • Service agreement branding – we provide you with order forms if required, all branded in your company name.
  • Collection – if you need us to, we can we collect customer direct debit payments, we then pass you the difference between what has been collected and what is due on your wholesale invoice
  • Usage alerts – set by you and / or your end users to manage general usage as well as misuse and fraud
  • Ability to add marketing messages and promotional information on your invoice templates
  • Customer and product reports available e.g. monthly

Network Operations Centre (NOC)
Our NOC boasts 6 screens displaying live information about our network connections and internal operations so we can be on top of all activity, providing information to us such as:

  • News 24/7 for events that could cause outages or disruption
  • A snapshot of our faults and service tickets.
  • Network monitoring of our largest customer estates
  • Work queues and order volume information from our portal The Hub.


Training & Accreditation
Resellers have varying experience in the propositions we offer so we provide on boarding sessions – either face to face or on a webinar - to go through key product areas covering commercials, billing, operations, and marketing as well as inductions to the Hub.

Every reseller who comes on board to sell GS-hosted receives a sales and technical training session with our specialists. We also provide a host of support material including ‘how to’ videos along with in-depth getting started, set up and configuration guides.

Leasing is fast becoming a major factor in any successful sales strategy. Adding a lease option with a reputable finance partner to a product can significantly enhance sales and overcome customer’s budget restrictions.

We are continually developing our on line library of white label sales and marketing collateral. Accredited resellers simply go to our white label request site, where they upload their logo and contact details and we do the rest. As well as off the shelf white label material, we can work with resellers to create more bespoke material* such as:
