Training Triumph For Nimans
Posted on 16/06/2014
Nimans’ resellers gained top marks as they went back to the classroom to learn about the company’s family of exclusive iQ PBX comms platforms – some travelling hundreds of miles in the process.
A two-day technical training course took place at Nimans’ Manchester headquarters for skilled PBX installation engineers with or without SIP expertise – attracting delegates from as far as Cornwall and the North East.
Network settings, security, capacities and major features were all covered along with configuring extensions, storage management and troubleshooting.
“We’ve currently got the iQ in-house but we are looking to take it to market so it seemed a logical step to attend this course and it’s definitely been worthwhile,” said one dealer from Cornwall. “The general overall configuration and sequential method of deployment really stood out. We’ve got the knowledge to succeed now.”
A counterpart from Cleveland in the North East added: “We’ve just started to sell this product set so a course of this nature is an invaluable platform to build on. We’ll take a lot of knowledge and confidence back with us which will help significantly develop our sales success. Many of our clients are in the process of moving over to new phone systems and the iQ PBX represents a very cost effective one box solution.”
Nimans is the exclusive UK distributor of the innovative gateway solution which is available in several distinctive versions, up to 300 users.
iQ PBX Business Manager, Judith Addison, says the iQ PBX offers resellers a cost effective route into today’s expanding VoIP PBX arena – all-in-one technology (with optional applications) that’s straightforward to configure, implement and support.
“The iQ PBX appeal is spreading far and wide across all four corners of the country. Our training courses are always well attended and culminate in a test for attendees to achieve official certification. Everyone passed on this occasion with flying colours!”
Courses take place every eight weeks at venues nationwide. The next is scheduled for July 29th and 30th in Kingston-Upon-Thames.
