Nimans Security – Hanwha Vision Social Media Campaign Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility
1.1. This promotion is open exclusively to trade-only installers who are existing or new customers of Nimans Security.
1.2. Entrants must be based in the UK.

2. Promotional Period
2.1. The campaign will run from 1st June 2025 to 30th June 2025 ("Promotion Period").
2.2. Only entries made during this period will be considered.

3. How to Participate
3.1. To participate, entrants must:
a) Post a high-quality photo on a public social media account (Instagram, Facebook, or LinkedIn) showcasing a Hanwha Vision product installation.
    b) Tag both Nimans Security and Hanwha Vision in the post using the following handles:

• LinkedIn: @HanwhaVision and @NimansSecurity
• Facebook: @Hanwha Vision and @Nimans Security
• Instagram: @hanwhavisioneurope and @NimansSecurity

3.2. The photo must clearly and recognisably feature Hanwha Vision equipment in a professional installation.
3.3. Only the first 15 valid and approved entries will receive the £50 discount offer.

4. Offer Details
4.1. Approved entrants will receive a £50 discount on their next order of Hanwha Vision products through Nimans Security.
4.2. A minimum spend of £500 (excluding VAT) on Hanwha Vision products is required to qualify for the £50 discount.
4.3. The qualifying order must be placed within 30 days of the social media post.
4.4. The offer is limited to one redemption per business.
4.5. Nimans Security reserves the right to determine whether an image meets the required quality and relevance standard.

5. Prize Draw
5.1. All valid entries (regardless of whether they are among the first 15) will be entered into a random prize draw to win a £500 Amazon voucher.
5.2. The winner will be chosen at random and announced in early July 2025.
5.3. The winner will be contacted via direct message or email. If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, a new winner will be selected.
5.4. No purchase necessary: Entrants may enter the prize draw without making a purchase or submitting a photo by sending their full name, company name, business address, email address, and contact number to:

6. General Conditions
6.1. The promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount.
6.2. Entries deemed inappropriate, offensive, or unrelated to Hanwha Vision installations may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Nimans Security.
6.3. By entering the campaign, entrants grant Nimans Security and Hanwha Vision the right to use submitted images in marketing and promotional material.
6.4. Nimans Security reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice.

7. Data Protection
7.1. Personal data submitted in connection with this promotion will be handled in accordance with Nimans Security’s Privacy Policy.
