Terms and Conditions for the Suprema Ticket Giveaway
1. Eligibility 1.1 The competition is open to trade-only customers based in the United Kingdom. 1.2 Employees of Suprema, Nimans Security, DVS, or their immediate families are not eligible to participate. 1.3 Only companies purchasing Suprema products from Nimans Security or DVS are eligible to enter. 1.4 Subdistributors are not eligible to participate.
2. Campaign Overview 2.1 The competition will run from 1st April 2025 to 30th June 2025. 2.2 Customers earn one entry for each Suprema product purchased from Nimans Security or DVS during the campaign period. 2.3 Three (3) winners will be selected, each winning a pair (x2) of tickets to an Oasis gig on 30th
July 2025 in London. 2.4 Participants may also enter for free by sending a letter to 12 St Paul's Square, Birmingham B3 1RB with their full name, company name, and contact details before the competition closing date.
3. Winner Selection and Notification 3.1 The winners will be selected via a random draw conducted by Suprema after the campaign ends. 3.2 The draw will include all eligible entries from both Nimans Security and DVS customers. 3.3 One company can only win one set of tickets. 3.4 Winners will be notified via email or telephone within five (5) working days of the draw. 3.5 If a winner does not respond within five (5) days of notification, Suprema reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
4. Prize Details 4.1 The prize consists of three (3) pairs of tickets (x2 per winner) to the Oasis gig on 30th July 2025 in London. 4.2 The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is available. 4.3 Suprema reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if necessary.
5. General Terms 5.1 By entering, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. 5.2 Suprema reserves the right to disqualify any entries that are deemed fraudulent, incomplete, or otherwise in violation of these terms. 5.3 Suprema reserves the right to amend or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice. 5.4 Suprema, Nimans Security, and DVS are not responsible for any travel, accommodation, or additional expenses incurred in relation to the prize. 5.5 By participating, winners agree to allow Suprema to use their company name for promotional purposes in relation to the competition. 5.6 Any personal data provided will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and will only be used for the purpose of administering the competition.
