Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility: Entry is open to businesses and individuals aged 18+ who are registered Nimans customers and either purchase ACT365 or request ACT365 documentation between July 1 and August 31, 2025.
2. How to Enter:

o OR Make an enquiry by requesting ACT365 documentation
3. Definition of Enquiry: An enquiry is considered valid if the customer explicitly requests ACT365 information and is sent the product documentation. All enquiry entries are subject to validation at the sole discretion of Nimans.
4. Prize: Three (3) winners will each receive a £200 On Cloud voucher.
5. Winner Selection: Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries after the competition closes on August 31, 2025.
6. Notification: Winners will be contacted via email or phone within 14 days of the draw.
7. No Cash Alternative: The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
8. Entry Cancellation: Entries may be cancelled or withdrawn at any time by the participant.
9. Nimans Customers Only: This competition is open exclusively to current customers of Nimans.
10. Right to Withdraw: Nimans reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw the competition at any time without prior notice.
