Online Returns - New
As a registered online user, you can activate the returns process from your Order History. Via the orders tab in the My Account area, simply view the order detail screen of the order containing items you would like to return, and scroll down to hit the Submit returns request button at the bottom of the page.
If you need to return any goods to Nimans and don't have a login, or wish to process it offline, please contact the returns dept on 0161 925 1984, or E-mail firstname.lastname@example.org, please ensure you have the following information when you call.
Returns of goods Procedure
1, Your account number or post code
2, The reason for the return
3, The Invoice number the goods were supplied on
4, Please provide a contact name and telephone number
5, If the goods are faulty please provide complete and precise fault details
6, If the goods are to be replaced or repaired please ensure we have the correct return address. Please note all goods will be returned to the account address unless otherwise stated.
7, For Goods no longer required or Ordered in error, please contact your account manager for authorization. All items must be complete and unopened and all the seals must be intact, and must be returned within 30 days of Invoice
8, The RA Number will remain active for 30 days
DOA periods vary with differing products please check our current catalogue or call the returns dept for specific information
Once you have contacted Nimans returns department and given the above information you will be issued with a Returns Authorisation Number. Please make sure this number is clearly displayed on the outer carton of the parcel and on your paperwork. Please note all warranty details can be found in our current trade catalogue.

Pick up from the Nimans Trade Counter in Salford is also available.
The last cut off time for next working day delivery is 5.30pm.
Unbranding is also an option to remove branding and add your own details to the accompanying delivery note.
