How It Works

1. Register your company
Complete the online registration form on this page and accept the terms and conditions before qualifying entries can be validated.

2. Place your EPOS orders
Each invoiced order over £250 (ex. VAT, after discounts) counts as one entry. Applies to EPOS products only.

3. Automatic entry tracking
Once registered, all qualifying EPOS orders placed during the incentive period will be automatically entered into the prize draw based on Nimans sales reporting.

Complete the form below to register your company. Please ensure the details are accurate and that an authorised senior contact provides approval for participation.

Prize selection can be reviewed with your account manager after registration if required.
The Senior Approver should be a senior person within your company authorised to approve participation in the incentive. This helps ensure compliance with company reward policies and confirms acceptance of potential tax considerations.

Prize Draw & Notifications

The prize draw will take place on Monday 15th December 2025 via an online randomiser tool. The winning company will be contacted directly by Nimans before being announced publicly via LinkedIn. The prize will be issued to the reseller company, for internal allocation as appropriate. If the holiday voucher is selected, it is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.

What happens next? Once your company registration has been authorised, you’ll receive a confirmation email. From there, all qualifying EPOS orders over £250 (ex VAT) placed between 3 November and 12 December 2025 (COB) will be entered automatically into the prize draw.
