Until 31st December 2026, we’re waiving number porting charges when moving customers to Simplified UC.

The offer applies to the following port types:

• Geographic single number
• Geographic multi-line number
• ISDN DDI (up to 1 block of 10)
• ISDN DDI (11 or more)

During the promotional period, proof of validation requests will also be free of charge.

In addition to this, this first two failed port attempts for geographical numbers are free of charge, any subsequent failed ports are chargeable.
