Nimans Take on the Yorkshire 3 Peaks
24 miles. 3 peaks. One unforgettable day.
20 October 2026
A team of Nimans colleagues, alongside our colleagues from Midwich and partners from ViewSonic and Jabra recently swapped their desks for hiking boots to take on the Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge, raising money in support of Stockport County Community Trust.
The challenge saw the team tackle three of Yorkshire's most iconic peaks – Pen-y-Ghent, Whernside and Ingleborough – covering approximately 24 miles and over 1,500 metres of ascent in a single day.
Three Peaks, One Incredible Challenge
The team faced everything the Yorkshire Dales could throw at them, battling through wind, rain, sunshine and challenging terrain as they made their way across the three peaks.
Despite the unpredictable weather, aching legs and plenty of tough moments along the way, the group showed fantastic determination and teamwork to successfully complete the challenge.
Supporting a Fantastic Local Cause
The walk was all in aid of Stockport County Community Trust, a charity dedicated to making a positive difference in the local community through sport, education and community initiatives.
The challenge provided a brilliant opportunity for Nimans colleagues to come together, push themselves outside their comfort zones and raise money for a worthwhile cause.
A huge thank you goes to everyone who supported the team, whether through donations, sharing the fundraising campaign or offering words of encouragement.
Relive the Challenge
From the early start and challenging climbs to the unpredictable weather and the satisfaction of reaching the finish line, the team captured the highs and lows of the day on camera.
