Video Fence

What is that?
With the video area function, you can set up a virtual boundary to enclose people in a specific area.

Why did Yealink develop this function?
For example, if a meeting takes place in a meeting room with glass wall surrounded, people outside the meeting room may also be framed in as well. This function is intended to prevent such a situation.

How do you set it up?
Device Seings > Camera > Advanced > Video Fence
While you set up the video fence, auto-framing and speaker tracking will conduct people tracking based on the fence range you set. The green box means that the person is in the detection area. And the red box means that they are outside the detection area.

Audio Fence

What is this?
You can use the audio fence function to change the range of the voice recording.

Why have Yealink developed this function?
In an open meeting, the sound recorder may pick up voices from another direction that do not belong to it. The audio area function creates a virtual audio wall to limit the voice recording area.

How do you set it up?
The configuration is carried out via the web user interface.
