ConnectPro Billing is aimed at resellers who are selling licenced based / recurring revenue solutions and need the billing resource to support this. Also any resellers looking to reduce overheads or those who may want to move billing from being in-house - we can meet your needs in any scenario.
What does ConnectPro Billing offer resellers?
In short we manage the end to end billing of your customers. End users receive an invoice branded as your company and we can collect the direct debit as well if required. As part
of our service we offer access to your customer tariffs, services, invoices and margin
reports so you have full visibility and rate management capability.
We offer three versions of ConnectPro Billing so you only pay for what you need, for
example our entry level Executive doesn't include DD collections but if this is required Advanced and Elite offer this as standard.
